A Birth Doula Service

3 Prenatal Visits (in-person) | 2 hours each | Scheduled before 37 weeks During our prenatal visits, we will get to know each other, build trust, and get cozy as I support you in writing your birth plan. I will practice labor & birth positions with you and practice comfort & relaxation measures with you. Partners are encouraged to join! 

1 Nursery & Mama Prep Session | I will come to your home and help you prepare your nursery, prepare and organize your postpartum essentials, or prep for the hospital. This session can also be spent doing self-care rituals. 

Appointment Support to 1 prenatal appointment with your healthcare provider | I will accompany you to any prenatal appointment of your choice and meet your healthcare provider(s) or birth team. 

3 Postpartum Visits | 4 hours | To be had by 4 weeks postpartum | During your postpartum visit, I will check in with you and your new baby and reflect on your birth with you. I will listen as you talk about your birth and you are free to share how your postpartum journey is going. This visit will also include assistance with light housework, assistance with baby care while you rest or perform your self care, or baby care while you connect with your partner or other children. I can even run errands for you during this time. 

Unlimited Call, text, and email support upon my hire and throughout the duration of your pregnancy | Need someone to vent to or have a new question or concern? Call me up! I always have my phone on me and am available to help you. 

24/7 On-Call support beginning at 36 weeks| At this point, I will be considered on-call for you as you and your baby prepare for labor or go into labor.

Labor & Birth Support + 2 hours post-birth support | Once labor begins, I can either come to your side immediately or come when you call me as your labor progresses. The choice is yours. I will offer continuous labor and birth support.  After birth, I will stay with you, for up to 2 hours,  as your body and emotions adjust. Let's bask in your new "Mama Aura". You did it!
